What is this place called? “Stack of Flat Rocks” does not explain everything

Where was this photo taken?

There’s a 13 mile (20 km) drive to the Music
in the Mountains festival

This dramatic drive is in a mountain range northeast of this city.

The mountains are a significant source of recreational activity,

with streams and perennial pools accessibly by road and a popular

dayhiking access point.  This road winds through the mountains

with views of flowering cactus, shades of blue and earth colors.

Copper mines dot the area and mountains of slag glow in the night.
