Apple Crisp from Bologna

Apples from the garden with classic crumble enriched with pistachios and almonds…
It will be eaten in seconds…

There is a lesson to be learned… I was standing near some apple trees… 50 meters from this kitchen.

Note: I saw these apples and thought, “These must be apples for cooking.” And here they are, ready to eat.
